Our Story
Our founder and CEO, Greg, who served eight years as Health and Safety Manager for an organization with over 200 employees, retired in February 2023. He's now dedicated to an independent career in Occupational Health and Safety, holding several certifications and extensive audit and program development experience.
His newly established venture, "adk Health and Safety Solutions," is designed to offer flexible training options, both virtually and in-person, to meet the diverse needs of his clients. With Greg's expertise, dedication, and passion for safety, the future is indeed promising.

Founder and CEO
I named my company adk for the three most important people in my life: my two daughters, Amara and Danaca and my wife, Karen. I have focused on assisting companies with Health and Safety programs and cultures because I want EVERY worker to return to their loved ones every day. I have spent much of my life working as a lifeguard where I was involved in saving people in distress. As I moved on in my career, I changed from assisting people to the organization of lifesaving procedures. The transition then took a natural step into Occupational Health and Safety, (OH&S). The field of OH&S provided me with an opportunity to help ensure that health and safety were a top priority in my workplace. I live to instill the belief that every employee should be able to make it home, (unharmed), to those they love every day.
